I try and exercise at least 5 days a week. My best time to do so is in the mornings, right after I get the kids to school and before my shower. My routine is usually running with some walking, but once a week I take a day to do yoga and stretch my muscles really well. A perfect after work out snack/meal is a protein packed smoothy.
