Make a #StreuselHack with New Fiber One Streusel Bars!

Fiber one is a staple in our house. We go to the store and when given the choice the kids choose their bars, gummies and snacks over another brand. Not to say they don't love other brands, they just choose these more times than not. That being said, we tried the Blueberry and Strawberry Struessel Bars the past few weeks and it's been the most requested 'snack' for my daughters snack bag for school since we received them. After tasting one of each she grabbed the others and wrote her name on them so that I wouldn't send them with her dad or brother instead, they are that good!
Here's what Plateful had to say about them:
Fiber One Streusel, our first bars with a tasty combination of real fruit and 12 grams of whole grains*, are a sensible treat that taste more like an indulgence! These soft-baked bars with a delicious brown sugar streusel topping have 20% of your daily value of fiber (5 grams) and are 150 calories.
*12g whole grain per serving. At least 48g recommended daily

But eating healthy can be tough! Especially when you want something sweet (and have lots of sweets in the house) so  Fiber One and Plateful challenged us to incorporate the new Struessel bars into a delicious #streuselhack
Here were some the guidelines we were given and a few examples and for inspiration I received a pack of  both Strawberry and Blueberry Streussel bars a mug and a gift card to buy what I needed.
  • Easy to assemble, no bake
  • Inspired by decadent desserts
  • Assembled in 6 steps or less
  • Under 200 calories
  • Take two photos- one deconstructed like the Brownie Banana Split and one with the finished product like the Mini Fruit Tart or Shamrock Cake Shooters
  • Shoot on a light background

Fiber One Streusel Hack

What I came up with is a Strawberry shake. We added a strawberry bar to 1 cup of Vanilla Soy Milk, a handful of frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup of yogurt in the Ninja and blended it right up!
The texture was a little more than I thought it would be but over all everyone loved it!
We also crumbled it up on top of oatmeal! So good!
The pack when it came in the mail.

In hubbys lunchkit with his oatmeal, don't have the final picture but it was crumbled over it and he said so so good
