Platefull Co-Op - Together We Can Outnumber Hunger!

Did you know that 1 in 6 Americans struggles with hunger?

That’s more than 49 million people – and 13 million families – across the U.S.
That’s why General Mills has teamed up with Feeding America®, Big Machine Label Group, and Target to Outnumber Hunger in local communities.

Childhood and local hunger is very important to me and I love being able to help however I can. If that means donating food to food pantries, providing extra snacks at my kids events or even if it's as simple as buying General Mills products and entering the codes on the OutNumber Hunger website. I do what I can when I can. Recently we held an Outnumber Hunger party at the house and donated the food to the local pantry as well as entered the codes on the website.
Join the Cause and Help Outnumber Hunger in Your Community!
Simply purchase specially-marked General Mills products and enter codes from these packages at OutnumberHunger.com. For every code you enter by January 31, 2015, General Mills will donate 55.5¢ to Feeding America – enough to secure 5 meals on behalf of local food banks. It’s that easy! General Mills has already donated $600,000. And, they’re prepared to donate up to an additional $600,000 based on online code entry and other consumer actions, up to a maximum total donation of $1,200,000. Visit www.OutnumberHunger.com for details – and other ways to trigger donations to Feeding America.
